I bought my El Camino SS new in 1984 and when I retired in 2002 I decided to build one last Hot Rod and I kinda got carried away a bit.It has a highly modified 383 stroker, Art Carr 700R4 trans, Moser 4:11 12 bolt rear end. And a lot of suspension work done to get it to hook up. Best ET in QTR mile was 10.63. But its mostly a cruiser now and wins at local car shows. I named it " IRON MAN " because of the candy red and gold paint.
